Terms & conditions

1. Who you're contracting with
Flawless is a trading name of JE Digital Services Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17050777, registered office at 99 Herbert Thomas Way, Birchgrove, Swansea, SA7 0HH ("Flawless", "we", "us"). When you book through flawlesshub.co.uk, your contract for payment is with us, not with the installer who carries out the work — we take payment as merchant of record, and the installer fits the film to our shared quality standard. The physical fitting work is carried out by an independent, vetted installer business from our network, not by Flawless directly.
2. What your fixed price includes
Your quoted price is all-inclusive for the coverage level and vehicle size you select: the paint protection film itself, fitting labour, and VAT where applicable (JE Digital Services Ltd is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to or included in the price). It does not include paint correction, repair of existing paint damage, or any additional work identified once your vehicle is inspected in person — your installer will always quote and agree any extra work with you separately before carrying it out.
3. Booking and deposit
A deposit is charged at the time of booking to reserve your installation window. This deposit is refundable in full if you cancel more than 48 hours before your confirmed start date. Cancelling within 48 hours of your confirmed start date may forfeit some or all of the deposit, to cover the slot held on your behalf.
4. Your right to cancel
As a consumer booking at a distance, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your booking within 14 days of placing it, for a full refund of your deposit, without giving a reason. Because installation windows are booked at least three weeks ahead, this 14-day period will normally have passed before any work takes place.
If your chosen installation window does fall within that 14-day period, we will ask you to expressly request that work begin before the period ends, and to confirm you understand that doing so means you lose your right to cancel once the installation is complete. If you cancel after the installer has started the job but before it's finished, you're responsible for a reasonable proportion of the price for the work already carried out, with the rest of your deposit refunded; once the installation is fully complete, the right to cancel under these regulations no longer applies and the job cannot be undone by cancelling.
5. The balance payment
When you book, your card details are securely saved (via our payment processor, Stripe) for the balance payment. Once your installer tells us your job is finished, we'll email you a link to confirm you're happy with the work — confirming charges the remaining balance straight away. If we don't hear from you within 3 days of that email, we'll charge the balance automatically, on the basis that your installer has told us the work is complete; if there's a problem with the finish, contact us at hello@flawlesshub.co.uk before then and we'll sort it out first.
6. Workmanship and liability
Because your contract is with Flawless, we are responsible to you for the installation being carried out with reasonable care and skill, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something isn't right, contact us at hello@flawlesshub.co.uk and we will arrange for your installer to put it right, arrange an alternative vetted installer to do so, or, where that isn't possible, offer an appropriate price reduction or refund. Any separate warranty on the film itself is provided by its manufacturer on that manufacturer's own terms, not by Flawless.
Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else which can't be limited or excluded under English law, our total liability to you in connection with your booking is limited to the price you paid for the job. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
Your vehicle is left in the physical care of your installer for the duration of the job, including overnight or across several days for a longer coverage level. Every installer in our network is required to hold insurance covering theft, fire and other loss to customers' vehicles while in their care. We'd also recommend checking your own motor insurance covers your vehicle being left with a third-party garage or specialist for work, which is a standard feature of most comprehensive policies.
7. Your data
We share the details needed to carry out your booking (your name, contact details, vehicle details, postcode and chosen appointment window) with your selected installer. Full detail on what we collect, why, and your rights is in our privacy policy.
8. Complaints
If you're unhappy with any part of your experience, email hello@flawlesshub.co.uk and we'll aim to respond within one working day.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
